When you enroll your child to Medical Professions, students have the opportunity to experience the district, campus and the culture before starting classes in the fall by attending one of two summer camps hosted by the campus. This allows students to prepare for their journey with us, explore programs, meet new people and experience the STISD community first-hand.
Students will explore medical careers through fun and engaging online activities led by teachers and student mentors. Students will have the opportunity to bond with their peers virtually through hands on health science labs, team-building activities, and games. Students attending these summer camps will not only gain valuable learning experiences, but will build strong relationships with fellow classmates and student leaders.
New-to-Campus Camp 1: June 14-15, 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
New-to-Campus Camp 2: June 21-22, 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
Who may apply? New students registered to attend STISD Medical Professions in the fall.
This is a two-day orientation camp where students will engage in a variety of team-building activities that introduce the school culture and gives opportunities to meet other students.
